BOOKINGS AT KZN WILDLIFE DESTINATIONS

As you are aware, the core of the accommodation available to Wild Escapes members is provided by KZN Wildlife. Regrettably, KZN Wildlife has been unable to deliver on its contractual commitments with respect to Wild Escapes, and we have been left with no choice but to place the organisation in breach and refer the matter to arbitration.

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife has agreed to arbitration and the appointment of an arbitrator. We envisage that a pre-arbitration meeting will take place within the next two weeks, at which the procedure for the arbitration will be agreed upon. We shall endeavour to expedite the arbitration process.

The arbitration process has resulted in the suspension of bookings (including existing bookings) at KZN Wildlife destinations. Obviously this does not preclude you from booking the same accommodation directly with KZN Wildlife; however, as a result of the arbitration, the booking would not be covered by your Wild Escapes membership.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or loss that this may cause. We shall endeavour to expedite the arbitration process and we will keep members informed as to the outcome thereof.
