On the 9 October 2008, we advised you of the impending arbitration proceedings against KZN Wildlife.

We have since attended a pre-arbitration meeting with our respective legal representatives in order to agree upon certain timelines for the arbitration proceedings. We shall be filing a statement of claim on 14 November 2008. KZN Wildlife will be required to file its plea (defence) and any claim which it might have by 12 December 2008. If necessary, we will then have until 9 January 2009 within which to reply or plead, as the case may be.

A further pre-arbitration meeting has been scheduled for 23 January 2009 in order to agree upon an arbitration date and also for the purposes of discovery (disclosing relevant documents). We are hopeful that the arbitration will take place in the latter half of February.

We shall keep you advised of developments and thank you for your patience.
