We hereby notify and advise all interested parties that the pre-arbitration took place on 23 January 2009. Pursuant to that session, and a session held later, the soonest possible date available for all parties and their legal team to reconvene was 15, 16, 17 and 21 April 2009. We shall report to you on the outcome of the arbitration in due course.
